Shipping
UPS: All orders weighing under 100 lbs are shipped via UPS. A per-item shipping fee is quoted as part of the Shipping & Handling based on the weight of the order, destination and handling required. International orders are delivered to your choice of freight forwarders for an additional fee of $25 per order that will be added to your order over and above the Handling & Shipping Charges. Local customers may pickup orders at our Liberty, NY Warehouseonly. Contact Bargain-Supplies.com to arrange an alternate shipping method if desired. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will have to follow the procedures outlined in “Returning Merchandise” below. If the order has not been shipped then you will be able to cancel it, given that it is an in stock item.
Our in stock merchandis are shipped out within 24-48 hours. Special Order or "Out of Stock" items generally ship within three to four weeks. Partial shipment of your order is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information. Stock status inquiries are typically responded to within 24 hours (except for orders placed on Weekends). Special orders can be canceled within the first (24) hours of placing the order. Once the time period has expired there is no cancellation.
If an item arrives in damaged condition caused by the carrier, NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY as we only have ten (10) business days from the date of receipt to process your claim, and resend your items. Otherwise you may have to take your claim directly with the carrier.
Bargain-Supplies.com requires a signature on all packages shipped. A customer may request to have items delivered without a signature, in which case all liability is transferred to the customer. Customer will assume all responsibility for products left without a signature.
"Ships Today" Items
Orders for "Ships Today" items must be placed by 2:00 pm EST in order to be processed in time for shipment, otherwise model will ship the following day. On some occasions you may select an accessory that may delay shipment. If this occurs you will be notified via email of the status of your order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, as well a PayPal through our online payment system. Please contact Bargain-Supplies.com if you desire to pay by other means offline. Once the order is placed, payment is received in full. If the item(s) ordered is not in stock, an order will be placed with the manufacturer, guaranteeing that you will receive the merchandise at the price you were quoted.

Defective Merchandise
Always inspect your merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If you have received damaged merchandise contact Bargain-Supplies.com. Most of the time failure to start electrical issues can be solved by calling the manufacturer's technical support telephone number. If they cannot solve the problem Bargain-Supplies will replace the damaged or defective product. You have to contact Bargain-Supplies.com. within 30 days from the date that the order was received. After this point there will be no refund or exchange. Before returning any merchandise please contact Bargain-Supplies.com for a Returned Goods Authorization number. Merchandise without an RGA number will be refused by Bargain-Supplies.com.
Returning Merchandise
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise has not been installed, you may return it at our discretion. The items must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging and must not be over thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Under these conditions please contact Bargain-Supplies.com for a Returned Goods Authorization Number.
When returning your merchandise please write the RGA number on THE SHIPPING LABEL (NOT DIRECTLY ON THE BOX), if no RGA Number is clearly marked on the Label the shipment will be refused. The product returned with a Bargain-Supplies.com RGA and upon inspection will be accepted for credit less a 15% restocking fee (Lighting Products subject to 20% restocking) and handling fees. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact with freight prepaid by the customer. A credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not the original product ordered or if the product has been installed or used.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have exceeded the thirty (30) days and have not exceeded sixty (60) days, you may return the product under the same conditions stated above for store credit less an extra 10% restocking fee and shipping fees. Replacement or repair of defective products after thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment must be handled under the manufacturer's warranty. This may include return of item with part replaced. Canceling Your Order
Please contact the customer care department at 1-800-525-2228 or via email for all order cancellations. Your request must be made within 24 hours of placing your order or a cancellation fee may be incurred by the manufacturer.
Website Errors
Due to the variety of manufacturers and quantity of products offered on Bargain-Supplies.com, on occasion our site may list an incorrect price or included feature. In the event an error does occur Bargain-Supplies will make every effort to contact the customer before the order is shipped. At which time the customer will have the option of placing the order with the corrected information.
