If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise has not been installed, you may return it at our discretion. The items must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging and must not be over thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Under these conditions please contact Bargain-Supplies.com for a Returned Goods Authorization Number.
When returning your merchandise please write the RGA number on THE SHIPPING LABEL (NOT DIRECTLY ON THE BOX), if no RGA Number is clearly marked on the Label the shipment will be refused. The product returned with a Bargain-Supplies.com RGA and upon inspection will be accepted for credit less a 15% restocking fee (Lighting Products subject to 20% restocking) and handling fees. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact with freight prepaid by the customer. A credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not the original product ordered or if the product has been installed or used.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have exceeded the thirty (30) days and have not exceeded sixty (60) days, you may return the product under the same conditions stated above for store credit less an extra 10% restocking fee and handling fees. Replacement or repair of defective products after thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment must be handled under the manufacturer's warranty. This may include return of item with part replaced. If the manufacturer replaces parts for items installed in your structure they my supply a replaceable part for your installation.
